I believe every child, adolescent, and young adult deserves to feel heard, understood, and validated.

Starting therapy can be tough.

As an adult, we are trying to make sense of who we are, how we have become our current self, and how to proceed in life in a way we feel secure and confident. These roles are tough, and I want to support you in this journey.

As a parent, we want what is best for our teen. As a teen, we want to know who we are or who we will become - a process which is very stressful.

“No matter where you run, you just end up running into yourself.”

-Truman Capote

My passion is helping my clients identify a life worth living. Then, we start building that around you.

My therapy style is unique. We process deeper emotions and core thoughts/fears to identify patterns that have led you to where you currently are today. I guide you through that process in a collaborative way.

I specialize in helping teens and adults create boundaries, build self-respect, and increase communication. Let’s get into those life stressors, change those life-long family dynamic patterns that have morphed into our next stage of life, process through these difficult transitions. I also work with clients who have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
Lets make changes that help you feel like it’s all worthwhile.

Typical clientele include:
-High school-aged teens
-Adults & young adults
-College-aged adults
-New parents
-Fellow LPC, LMFT, and LCSW colleagues.

It’s an honor to join you on your life journey. Whether it’s your first experience in therapy or your continuing journey, I would love to show you how we do things. If it’s your first experience after a bad experience in therapy, let me show you what therapy can be.

“Don’t just sit there. Do something. The answers will follow.”
